We have an amazing rotational internship-style opportunity available where we work in collaboration to design your own placement.

We want to understand what you want to achieve during your time and design a programme around your personal and professional objectives.


The opportunities can give you exposure to: Food and Beverage, Front of House, Concierge, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance. We can also offer shorter-term experiences in Sales and Marketing, HR, and Finance.


Over the course of a 24 months programme, you will focus on two, 9-month rotations in your chosen operational departments before beginning a 6 month in-depth supervisor assignment, running the day-to-day operations within your chosen area of specialty.


You will work on projects which are designed to showcase your skills and have a real and positive impact on how the hotel operates and performs.
