Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive Credit Controller for our HQ in Lytham. As a crucial part of our finance team, you'll ensure timely collections from customers and manage any related issues.


Duties:


  • Prepare and send customer statements.
  • Manage aged debtors report and liaise with overdue customers.
  • Process daily bank receipts onto SAGE.
  • Communicate with sales team regarding accounts on hold.
  • Generate Aged Debtors reports and attend monthly review calls.
  • Update SAGE with customer communications and payment allocations.

Requirements:


  • Prior Credit Control experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAGE Line 200.
  • Teamoriented with strong communication skills.
  • Happy to work in the office five days a week.
