Description

Please note, this role is working between the hours of 3:30pm - 11:30pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am midnight and will be five days a week in the office.

The client will arrange private transportation to take you home following your shift.


Job Purpose:

To produce custom high-end graphics including bespoke covers and templates, logos, bespoke design requests, etc. from concept to finished artwork, as well as assist with the production of pitchbook materials.


Job Background / Context:

Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy
department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Traces and produces logos, maps and illustrations
  • Assists with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials including motion graphics
  • Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per the banks standards standards and advises clients on the use of the banks brand
  • Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
  • Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
  • Assists with Intake coordination when required
  • Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
  • Buddies new joiners posttraining
  • Update SharePoint intranet when required
  • Contributes to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:


  • 3 years or above of admin/operational support in a corporate, serviceoriented environment, ideally in a financial institution essential

Skills:


  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) essential
  • Knowledge of web principles including HTML, CSS and SharePoint required
  • Adobe Animate, Premier Pro, After Effects an advantage

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design with
3 years or above of relevant work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable work experience - essential

  • Must be able to provide a portfolio / samples of recent work
