Inclusive Leadership Manager - London (Hybrid Month Contract - £26 per hour (Inside IR35)

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an Inclusive Leadership Manager to join their public sector client on an initial 3-4 month basis.

This role has the potential to be made permanent.

Responsibilities:

Act as a main contact point for all queries regarding Equality Impact Assessments (EIA)
Host training sessions regarding EIAs
Improve all policies and procedures relating to EIAs across the business
Act as a champion on protected characteristics

Requirements:

Previous experience running Equality Impact Assessments
Previous experience working collaboratively across a large business and running training sessions.
A futurethinking attitude regarding all things Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a peopleoriented mindset.
