We have just taken on a brand new role from one of our longest-standing clients based in Marden. This company, who are
well-established market leaders in their field, have seen significant growth over the last five years and are continuing to further that expansion by adding to their
fun, welcoming and supportive team


We are looking for someone who has previous experience in customer-orientated roles, and has developed strong communication skills, combined with adept problem solving skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will have incredibly varied days, working in a cross departmental role,
involving some of the following duties:

  • Managing relationships with some of the companies biggest accounts
  • Submitting quotes and providing technical advice to clients
  • Planning and scheduling drivers routes, ensuring products and shipments reach customer depots in the quickest and most cost efficient way possible
  • Helping with Health and Safety documentation
  • Meeting with customers and suppliers
