Domestic Bursar - Oxford, United Kingdom - St Edmund Hall
Description
Crucial to fulfilling this role is a combination of strategic planning, effective execution, and a well-judged collaborative approach in formulating and implementing College policy in respect of our domestic operations.
The post holder will be responsible for approximately 120 non-academic staff and be a member of a wide range of committees concerned with the College's operations and framework.
In addition, the Domestic Bursar will represent the College at relevant Conference of Colleges and University meetings (e.g., Domestic Bursars' Committee) and report back on matters of note as required.
In return, we can offer a competitive salary (dependent on experience) plus a Housing Allowance, up to 38 days annual leave, private medical insurance, membership of the Senior Common Room entitling the post holder to take meals at Common Table and membership of the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
