Our client is looking for an
Quality Inspector to join one of the worlds biggest e-commerce brands within the
beauty sector.

They are looking for someone to liaise with the customer service department to ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times and that orders are actioned through various platforms within a timely manner.

Our client is one of the worlds biggest e-commerce brands that has grown to huge heights over the last 15 years.

They have a huge client base with a massive focus on good customer service.

They are looking for an Quality Inspector who wants to progress within the company.

Located in Bootle Liverpool.
**Monday

Friday 7.30am4.30pm**
Saturday rotating 9am3pm

22k+ based on experience.

Description of The Quality Inspector Position

Processing eCommerce orders through various platforms (Mintsoft, Shopify,dpd and Fedex portals)
Ensure all labels are printed and matched to correct invoices within the timeframes setout.
Liaise with 3rd party service providers.
To problem solve and correct system errors and issues which might arise.
Raise tickets and escalate issues affecting the processing of labels, system dropoff etc.
Liaise with the customer service department to ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
Communicate with all stakeholders keeping all informed of issues which might affect the processing of labels and actions taken to resolve issues.
Train staff members to a high standard on all processing systems to ensure the business is protected at all times.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
Experience of WMS platforms or similar in the e Commerce environment.
IT literate in word and excel.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Previous experience within eCommerce order processing
