I am super, super excited to be collaborating with a fantastic health and well-being e-commerce business who are currently looking to add an Operations Manager role to their small but growing team based in Central London.


In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of critical supply chain functions and executing key business' goals, as well as being responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations and leading key projects.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will

  • Be in charge of optimising the inventory levels and ensuring an efficient flow of stock
  • Work closely with vendors/suppliers and lead key negotiations, in line with overall business growth goals and objectives
  • Lead projects to continuously improve the supply chain processes
  • Lead implementation of a new forecasting and stock management system

Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience in Operations & Supply Chain Management
  • Great communication skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understand supply planning, demand planning and lead time
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and previously experience working in a startup environment (ideally ecommerce)
