Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Data Administrator looking to join a driven and growing organisation based in the vibrant city of London?
As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in collecting and reporting on data to drive decision making across the business, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant to the particular brief provided by the Senior Leadership Team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of this company by efficiently organising and utilising data to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Use various platforms to collect relevant data to support the needs of the business based on brief's supplied by internal stakeholders.
- Data Management: Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of propertyrelated data into our systems, including property details, tenant information, lease agreements, and any relevant contact details.
- Data Integrity: Regularly review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update our property database, ensuring that all information is uptodate, properly categorised, and easily accessible to authorised personnel.
- Documentation: Organise and maintain propertyrelated documents, contracts, and correspondence in both physical and digital formats, ensuring proper filing and archiving procedures are followed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by implementing appropriate data security measures, access controls, and data retention policies.
- Communication: Liaise with various internal stakeholders to gather and exchange information effectively, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ad hoc Tasks: Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business administration, or information management is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in data administration, database management, or a similar role is highly desirable. Experience in the property or real estate industry would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and understanding of data entry and validation processes. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, enabling the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful reports.
- Organisation Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Confidentiality: Understanding and respect for the confidential nature of propertyrelated data, adhering to strict data protection policies and regulations.
