Maxxima's Nursing team is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Service Delivery Lead to join the team for a full-time role based in South Yorkshire

This role will be working in Yorkshire providing Nursing delivery services, you MUST have experience of a similar role.

We are looking for Nursing Service Delivery Lead

to work at least - 3 days per week over a 7 day service

The sites will usually be open between 7.30am - 7.30pm & 10-4 on Sunday You must be competent in providing phlebotomy services, as you will be overseeing and providing phlebotomy services along with a team who you will be in charge of.

You must also be able to drive as there will be different mobile and fixed sites throughout this time in the Yorkshire area.

These positions are available to start in April and will be for at least 6 months. The sites are currently based in Sheffield and Doncaster

The pay rate for this role will be up to £33 p/h (Umbrella rate). Enhancements are paid at the weekend

Responsibilities for this position are as below:

Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
Focus on the daytoday delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
Supernumerary role which can provide additional support for HSW breaks
Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
Reports directly to Chief Nurse
First point of escalation for operational queries

You must be an experienced nurse to fulfil this vacancy.
