Description

Our client (Publishing) is on the lookout for a
Reward Manager or
Senior Reward Analyst to lead the operational delivery of the UK Reward function, providing guidance on reward policies and practices, managing their suite of benefits, and project managing the launch of their new benefits platform in 2023.

The experience needed to succeed in this role includes:

Experience of working in a Compensation and Benefits position
Knowledge of Flexible Benefits implementation and management essential
Experience of working with benefit platforms
Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining external supplier relationships, as well as the renewal process for these suppliers
Excellent relationship and project management skills
Experience in benchmarking roles using WTW data, including annual compensation survey submissions Team leadership skills
Excellent influencing skills and credibility at senior level

Exposure to Benefex and Workday would be a plus
This is a 12m FTC (maternity) paying up to £60k DOE.
