We are looking to grow our team at Skippers, We are looking to hire 1-2 applicants to work our Front of house / Barista position.

In this role your responsibilities would be...

• Taking customers orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare beverages
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house areas
• Dishwashing where necessary
• Light table service work (we are predominantly takeaway)
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Requirements:

• You must be able to work weekends and school holidays
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Rate of pay starting at minimum wage increasing depending on experience and performance.
