In this exciting role you'll help us deliver our groupwide work on wellbeing and inclusion.

You'll have the opportunity to help us implement plans, define clear goals, and ways of tracking progress, and provide practical delivery support for our business teams to drive action on wellbeing and inclusion.

Working in the Group Inclusion & Wellbeing team, this is an execution-focused role, to help us create a culture and ways of working at L&G that promote employee wellbeing and inclusion.

What you'll be doing

  • Shaping and implementing targeted plans based to deliver L&G's Wellbeing and Inclusion priorities, working with adjacent HR teams (like Recruitment, L&D) as well as front line business teams.
  • Design and deliver workplace wellbeing programmes and initiatives. Support the design and delivery of related inclusion programmes, ensuring we take an intersectional and joinedup approach.
  • Coordinate implementation of change and delivery plan(s), tracking and reporting progress, managing risk and dependencies, tracking value / impact.
  • Work with Group Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing, TA Director and HRDs to define metrics / KPIs and success measures and prepare regular reporting for use across L&G.
  • Where needed, coordinate a small virtual team of individuals across the HR Centres of Excellence, divisional HR, and business teams, to ensure action is taken in an aligned way.
  • Where needed, work with delivery leads from other programmes to ensure dependencies between pieces of work are identified and proactively managed.
  • Own external reporting for key parts of the wellbeing and inclusion agenda including sourcing data from multiple sources, drafting responses, gaining approvals, and managing submission.

  • You'll benefit from having a knowledge of contemporary issues and challenges across the different dimensions of personal and organisational wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity.
  • You'll have experience delivering workplace wellbeing programmes and initiatives aimed at developing leader and people manager capability, as well as broader employee literacy.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate how you've engaged senior stakeholders to make things happen.
  • You can showcase a flexible delivery approach, with examples of how you have previously built on existing projects to deliver additional value, as well as shaped new projects / initiatives from inception.
  • You'll be data driven, with the ability to interpret, present and explain data, information, and insight accurately and clearly.
