JMR Healthcare Ltd are looking for an experienced Agency and Family Support Worker who has experience in working with challenging behaviours to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk.
The quality of care and support is of paramount importance within our team, only taking on staff with extensive experience, skills, and high levels of compliance.
As a support worker, you will be able to do the following:
- Provide effective day to day shift cover that supports the needs of the client.
- Be confident in delivering a high quality of care when working in everchanging environments, being able to adapt approaches to be versatile in challenging situations.
- Deliver the highest standards of care and support on a consistent basis.
- Be fully compliant with the organisational values and requirements of the provision.
- Sound I.T. and numerical skills along with a flexible, resilient, and thoughtful approach to your practice.
Weekdays

Family Support:£ £17.50ph
Weekends

Agency:£ £13.50ph

Family Support:£ £20.00ph
You MUST have:
- 812 months experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker in the last 3 years
- Right to work in the UK
This post will require an Enhanced DBS check to be processed for the successful applicant.
This role will be suited for an individual who is seeking varied and flexible working pattern, working a mixture of half days, long days, and sleep ins.
