Key Responsibilities

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key business partner supporting Sales Performance Manager in delivering monthly rewards to the sales team and the event directors.

Coordination and production of month-end process, ensuring all trackers are completed on a timely basis, reviewed and compiled in advance of payroll deadlines.

Ensuring governance and documentation around target setting and amendments to targets, trackers.
Other ad hoc activity to meet the needs of the group as required


Skills Required:


  • Skills:
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI an advantage
Attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Influencing skills
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness
Excellent communication
