An unmissable opportunity for an 3-6 PQE Solicitor to join an innovative and high performing team undertaking a broad range of IP work.


The Firm:

  • This Firm is ranked in the Top 45 UK Law firms. They are on a growth trajectory in their London office, in particular their IP department.
  • This firm offers an excellent in house training and development program.

The Role:

  • The role will include advising on intellectual property across a range of industry sectors that rely on the creation, protection, development and exploitation of IP including art, retail, technology and sport
  • Freedom to focus on the areas of commercial law that interest you most, building your career and expertise in your chosen field.
  • Excellent progression prospects, with a clear structure and targets in place.
  • Legally Qualified in England and Wales with 36 PQE.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Experience in advising on data protection matters including UK GDPR compliance for clients based in the UK and abroad and drafting data protection agreements and policies
  • Noncontentious IP experience is useful but not a requirement
  • Experience of managing your own caseloads
