Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the needs of the company.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms.
Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with the production team to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and to the required quality.
Analyze data and use it to inform purchasing decisions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that they are sufficient to meet demand.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies within the supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with procurement software.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (advantageous)
