_A great career opportunity working with a leading Scottish property Investment company as part of their Lettings Team in Edinburgh_


Due to continued growth this established and successful company is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator in a fast paced role which offers excellent prospects.
Working in a busy office environment your role will involve assisting the Lettings Team with a variety of admin tasks involved in moving tenants in and out of rental properties


Key duties will include:

  • Administering the referencing and vetting of new potential tenants to properties
  • Working to deadlines while ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Communicating with landlords regarding new and existing tenancies
  • Processing deductions from tenant deposits at the end of tenancies and communicating with the associated Tenant Deposit Scheme as well as the connected tenant and landlord
  • Being an active team player communicating with colleagues across the company to meet business objectives
  • All connected general admin tasks use of Lettings software and keeping accurate files

Previous experience in property is an advantage but isn't essential with full training provided. It's important that you have worked in a busy office environment and have excellent customer service skills both verbal and written. You should enjoy working in a team, have confident IT abilities and have a proactive and organised approach.

Permanent full time position based in the centre of Edinburgh with working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Starting salary £25k with bonus opportunities and benefits package. Fantastic promotion opportunities
