Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, this is a busy and responsible role, managing, supporting and developing the business development team to achieve their group sales target.


Your role will involve:


  • Managing, supporting and developing the business development team
  • Planning and hitting the given group sales target
  • Taking accountability for the business development executives achievements, setting targets and KPI's
  • Managing, training, developing and motivating the BDEs
  • Recruiting and inducting team member in conjunction with GCD
  • Producing weekly reports/forecast of the BDEs pipeline to the GCD
  • Excellent team management experience
  • Recruitment skills
  • Positive training abilities
  • Reporting/Forecasting skills
  • B2B Sales Experience
  • Strong experience with CRM's
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate individuals
  • Ability to multitask, demonstrate good accuracy and attention to detail and work to deadlines
  • Skills to carry out BDTL duties & achieve/manage individual sales target
