The Vacancy
We're looking for Managed Migration Associates to join us to provide an exceptional customer migration journey.

You'll be at the forefront of a huge project as we work with our customers to move large datasets from a legacy system to a brand new system.

This role works within the Managed Migrations team to manage the customer experience throughout the order transaction process as we transition our customers to new back-office systems that provide them with a greater level of support.

The role requires close interaction with other team members, the sales organisation, and key corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a team, helping to achieve and maintain structured KPI's/SLA's.
Delivering first class customer service, ensuring the customer has a satisfactory customer experience.
Problem solving
To help ensure that all aspects of daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
Actioning amendments to customer accounts.
To assist and support other members of the team, providing training and guidance where necessary.
To assist on any other adhoc duties as required but not limited to administration duties.
