Campion Insurances Ltd part of PIB group, one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland are pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in Oliver Murphy Insurances, Waterford.

We aim to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry.

We find solutions for our customers insurance needs ranging from home, travel, car insurance, to commercial packages and we also provide a range of life, pension products.

The following Customer Service Executive role has become available in our Waterford office. This role is available with an immediate start/asap on-site in Waterford.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Through excellent customer service generating sales.
  • Overcoming objections, closing sale.
  • Chasing leads provided by the marketing team
  • Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.
  • Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate
  • Processing renewals & Midterm adjustments
  • Answering incoming sales & customer service calls.
  • Noticing changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly.
  • Reporting rate increases to team leader/manager monthly and customer feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified or working towards insurance exams.
  • CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements

Skills:


  • Proficient in Applied Systems
  • Relay an advantage
  • Understand GDPR & Data protection requirements
  • Previous sales training an advantage.
Experience - A minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.
Language - Fluent English (required)
