About the Company

The company are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to be based out of their Leeds site, They are a nationwide business who have multiple sites across the UK and offer multimodal logistics solutions to numerous industries.

They offer career stability,career progression and a great working environment.
This will be ideally looking to grow the air & sea freight forwarding division.

Business Development Manager - The Rewards

  • Salary range £35,000 £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Business Development Manager - Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within the Air / Sea Freight industry
  • Proven track record of sales performance
  • Ability to think on your feet, fluidity and offer the best solutions to clients
  • Extensive knowledge of the Freight industry.

Business Development Manager - Responsibilities

As an experienced Sales professional within the industry, you already know what is expected of you in self generation of leads, the hunter mentality to win business and then pass through to your award winning support team to manage the day to day relationshipwhilst you grow and develop the relationship strategically.

You'll be target driven, thriving on the feeling of surpassing those targets and stretched targets knowing that by offering the solutions in your Armory, the level of internal support you'll have clients for life
Working in sales, you know that the plan is to reach a cycle of where things are consistent.

My client will give you time to reach that as long as you show up with the right attitude and desire every day.

The role isn't for the feint hearted, it'll be tough, demanding yet rewarding. You already know this being in the industry already
