  • Have the ability to change your working pattern as the situation evolves.
  • Be confident in using a wide range of computer programmes and software.
  • Good geography knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

  • Planning work/runs for the drivers, ensuring all plans are achievable.
  • Communicating efficiently with the drivers, dealing with any issues that may arise throughout the day.
  • Liaising with a dedicated customer control team ensuring all requests is dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work on their own
  • Out of hours coverage by rota
