Change Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a growing and well respected business based in Bridgwater. At this time we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic allround HR Assistant to join their new HR team


This is an exciting time to join the newly formed but experienced HR Team who provide a customer focused HR support service to colleagues and managers company wide.


key duties include:

  • Prepare employeerelated onboarding documentation and correspondence and act as first point of contact for all new starters
  • Coordinate internal and external recruitment campaigns ensuring company procedures are followed and positive communication is maitained throughout the process
  • Prepare contracts for the HR, Talent Development and Engagement Manager to review
  • Champion staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the company
  • Be passionate about continuous improvement and actively seek out more effective ways of working within the team
  • Assist with the development and management of company HR systems and associated software in line with company procedures and data retention policies, supporting and coaching colleagues as required.
  • Assist with preparing reports and ad hoc HR related projects where required
  • Attend and note take at relevant meetings and/or training events when required

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,500.00 per year
