    Graduate Consultant - Technology & AI

    The company is a specialist Executive Search firm that specializes in Transformation & Change, HR, and Finance. You will work with prominent clients such as Revolut, European Bank, BT, and others.

    With 20+ years of recruitment experience among the founders, you will learn from industry experts within a highly lucrative market space. The business has grown organically over the years, expanding from an office of 3 to 30 and even opening an office in New York.

    The Role:

    • Sourcing top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
    • Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients to expand your talent pool and network.
    • Understanding clients' specific needs.
    • Establishing in-depth market knowledge to position yourself as a strong recruiter in the space.
    • Managing and achieving targets.
    • Conducting virtual and in-person client meetings and candidate interviews.

    Requirements for Graduate Executive Search Consultant:

    • A minimum 2:1 degree or 6 months+ sales experience.
    • Passion, integrity, and ambition.
    • Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience demonstrated through internships or part-time jobs.
    • An inherent competitive nature.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
