Senior Consultant - Industrial/ Commercial Recruitment, Warrington £34,000 - £40,000, Company Car, Commission, Flexible working hours.


We are currently looking to add to the existing team in Warrington and are interested in speaking to Consultants that are ready to take the next step in their career or Senior Consultants that are looking for the chance to step up to a Divisional Manager role.

You will need to have a minimum of 12 months Industrial or Commercial Recruitment experience in either temp or perm.

You will need to have experience of winning new business and will need to be a 360 recruiter interested in progressing your career.


Responsibilities:


  • Speaking to Site Managers to introduce yourself and the company
  • Arrange and attending site visits through new business development
  • Negotiate pay and charge rates
  • Work as part of a wider recruitment team to grow the division
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
