Opportunity description:

Stanton House is currently partnering with a recognisable international FMCG business based in Berkshire.

This role will operate in a senior commercial capacity and be responsible for driving business financial performance by strategically partnering with senior stakeholders.

It will also be leading a team of 4 reports and responsible for their development.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone with previous FMCG financial experience who is looking to add value within a growing organisation and be part of very commercial decisions.

There is also clear progression pathway up to director level.

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Provide/present accurate and vital management information information alongside commercial analysis and commentary to senior financial stakeholders
Business Partner sales teams to identify risk and opportunities to product and promotional performance
Review and assess performance of joint venture partnerships analysing potential for grow or increased revenue
Lead the production of high quality forecasting and reports
Delivering the financial sales plan and GP targets
Involved in pricing strategies

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with Finance Business Partnering experience

FMCG experience is a must:

Excellent commercial acumen
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
Demonstrable experience business partnering a sales function
Prior management experience would be advantageous
Solid understanding of key financial concepts and commercial accounting principles
Ability to challenge norms, processes, and ways of working to drive positive change
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Demonstrable ability to influence senior personnel within a large organisation
