    Opportunity description:
Stanton House is currently partnering with a recognisable international FMCG business based in Berkshire.

This role will operate in a senior commercial capacity and be responsible for driving business financial performance by strategically partnering with senior stakeholders.

It will also be leading a team of 4 reports and responsible for their development.


This opportunity would be ideal for someone with previous FMCG financial experience who is looking to add value within a growing organisation and be part of very commercial decisions.

There is also clear progression pathway up to director level.

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Provide/present accurate and vital management information information alongside commercial analysis and commentary to senior financial stakeholders
  • Business Partner sales teams to identify risk and opportunities to product and promotional performance
  • Review and assess performance of joint venture partnerships analysing potential for grow or increased revenue
  • Lead the production of high quality forecasting and reports
  • Delivering the financial sales plan and GP targets
  • Involved in pricing strategies
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with Finance Business Partnering experience

FMCG experience is a must:

  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Demonstrable experience business partnering a sales function
  • Prior management experience would be advantageous
  • Solid understanding of key financial concepts and commercial accounting principles
  • Ability to challenge norms, processes, and ways of working to drive positive change
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior personnel within a large organisation
