**Real Estate Solicitor

  • Birmingham**This is a perfect opportunity for a real estate solicitor who is looking to join a dynamic and growing Legal 100 team in Birmingham.

The team handles a wide range of real estate transactions, including commercial development, landlord and tenant, commercial investment, real estate litigation and finance.

You will be managing your own varied caseload of real estate matters, including commercial investment, corporate occupiers, and asset management.

You will be also given an opportunity to work alongside the partners and act for a broad portfolio of clients suchas property funds, offshore companies, and SMEs.

Ideally, you will be a solicitor with NQ-3 years' PQE and experience in real estate, investment sales and acquisitions, asset management and landlord and tenant matters.

You will fit right in if are a driven team player who is eager to network with clients and be involved in business development.
