Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a leading medical business based in Salford.


The purpose of the role is to assist with the purchase & sales ledgers as well as month end, prepayments & accruals.

Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • processing invoices, payment runs, reviewing statements & bank reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger raising invoices, credit control, reconciliations & more


  • Assistant Accountant

  • Journals, VAT returns, month end returns, prepayments & accruals

Profile

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Essential

Job Offer
A salary up to £27,000, study support, hybrid working & more.
