Description
Lead the calculation, communication, and actioning of cost allocations across the Europe business.

  • Manage the source of truth for all financial data driving tactical and strategic decisions instrumental to Spreetail Europe's success.
  • Manage itemlevel profitability reporting and enhancements.
  • Partner with business analytics team for coordination of financial metrics reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with our account management and supply chain leadership to validate return on investment for our payable account.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure inventory and noninventory invoice accuracy before payment and chase credits for any discrepanciesPrepare and extract the SCO related input data regularly to feed into SCO LTR, weekly reporting as one source of truth.
Engage with SCO Leaders to match, verify the key data, KPI's.

  • Maintain evaluation of inbound and outbound carriers for performance and cost.
  • Evaluation of FC cost drivers and labor contracts for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reports.
  • Promoting knowledgesharing of actionable business metrics with the most financial impact.
  • Coordinate monthend close and audit task progress with our outsourced accounting firm.
  • Communicate payment requests with and track their completion with offshore payment.
  • Support US finance team requests for Tax and VAT filings and refund work.
