Renowned for delivering industry related live, virtual and hybrid events for an international audience of ministers and politicians, diplomats, government officials, universities, international organisations, think-tanks, businesses and civil society, suchas panel discussions, conferences and webinars, this organisation are now looking to grow their events team with an Event Manager.

THE ROLE
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible a programme of 30-40 events and duties will include:

Delivering events from start to finish
Producing details proposals
Managing event budgets
Souring and securing venues
Liaising with suppliers
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Communicating with speakers
Registering attendees
Sending out event invites
Preparing delegate packs
Being on site to oversee the event
Post event evaluation
