AFTERSALES ADVISOR

HORIZON HONDA CHRISTCHURCH
Our busy Honda dealership in Christchurch is recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor
.

Salary and Benefits

  • 30 days paid holiday per annum.
  • Auto enrolment workplace pension scheme.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Bookingvehicles in for repair
  • Initiating service documentation, job card production and follow up systems
  • Update customer and vehicle history files accurately,
  • Document all warranty work as per requirements and ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for.
  • Advising customers of the costs of work to be undertaken and the predicted times and collection arrangements for their vehicles and keeping them fully informed of the progress of their vehicle.

Hours:
Monday - Friday or with 1 hour unpaid break

Saturday on a rota basis (1 in 4)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Experience:


  • Aftersales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
