About Us:
Madein+ is a London-based advertising agency dedicated to the creative realm of advertising.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional in social media marketing, particularly within the realms of sports and wearable technology.


Job Summary:

As a Social Media Project Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in crafting and overseeing comprehensive social media strategies for sports related and wearable tech brands across the UK, France, and Germany.

This part-time position requires two to three days of work per week. You will collaborate closely with our in-house team to ensure the effective execution of these strategies.


Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • Develop and implement highlevel social media strategies for sports related and wearable tech brands in the UK, France, and Germany, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct indepth audience research to understand behaviors, preferences, and demographics.
  • Identify and prioritize suitable social media platforms based on the target audience and business goals.
  • Create a content plan that aligns with the brand voice, values, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the inhouse team to execute social media campaigns, ensuring they align with the established strategies.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant.
  • Collaborate with sports technology influencers and media for pitching collaborations (English, French, German)
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Develop crisis management plans for potential social media crises and respond to negative feedback or situations.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and strategy development.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Familiarity with the sports market and a passion for sports products and wearable tech.
  • Creative, detailoriented, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
