Wymondham Leisure Centre boasts an 80-station state of the art gym, with 2 studios, café, 2 Swimming pools, multi-functional sports hall, and a Spa.

You will be joining a hard-working and passionate team whilst delivering a high standard service to our members.

The role is highly customer focused and you will be leading the team in day-to-day tasks to ensure the standards are maintained.

You will be joining and working with the management team here at Wymondham Leisure Centre and supported in ways to further improve and develop the centre and our offerings.

You will be joining a dependable and reliable fitness team here at Long Stratton Leisure Centre who is passionate in delivering the best service to our customers.


What you'll be doing

  • Leading an operational team to deliver a firstclass service in a multisite setting
  • Day to day management of the buildings, building users and the staffing teams
  • Ensuring the centre is well run and ready for business, as well as health and safety compliant
  • Supporting the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Managers
  • Assisting with touring prospective members and selling memberships

You must have

Essential Criteria
**Essential Skills
Ability to work a combination of early, late and weekend shifts

Good communication skills

Passion and interest in fitness and working within the Leisure industry

Great Leaderships skills

Qualifications and knowledge with National Pool Lifeguard or willingness to complete qualifications as part of the job

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organisation


You should be able to work in all areas of Wymondham Leisure Centre and Ketts Park and have a can-do attitude getting 'stuck in' where needed.

Our teams work across our all-leisure centres, so you need to be able to have your own means transport and enjoy this flexible working style.
