The Best Connection Group Oldham are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor on a temp to perm / perm basis for our client in Middleton:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in their field.


Working Hours

  • 07:3016:30 Mon-Fri

Pay rate
- £30K-£35K dependant on experience
- £ £16.82


Responsibilites of the Warehouse Supervisor

  • Supporting Audits
  • Arranging/adjusting warehouse layout
  • Dealing with Goods in
  • Picking orders
  • Product handling and storage control (shipping, deliveries, inventory, SLOBS)
  • Liaising with other departments such as procurement
  • Warehouse administrative duties
  • Stock control and management
  • Plan High Pick activity periods
  • Manage Stock takes
  • Optimise the logistic processes for receiving, inspecting and storing goods
  • Optimising warehouse and logistics efficiency

Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor

  • 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics and transport management role
  • 3 years managerial experience
  • Competent user of Microsoft office such as Excel
  • People management
  • Decision making skills
  • Working cooperatively with all levels of company staff.
  • FLT licence desirable

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
