Sales Administrator - Sheffield

  • Salary: £21,000
  • Monday to Friday,
  • 31 Days Holiday
  • Exciting opportunity to join an Experienced and Friendly Company.


Our Client, a Vehicle Leasing Company, are seeking a Experienced Sales Administrator to join their Experienced and Friendly Team in Sheffield.


What does the Sales Administrator Role involve:

  • Updating Customers with progress reports on existing orders
  • Raising and processing customer finance documents, arranging deliveries and submitting relevant paperwork after delivery to process the transaction.
  • Working alongside the sales team to support the customer through the order process.
  • Following the process via our bespoke CRM system, recording accurate information to provide updates to the sales team and customer.

What our Client is looking for in a Sales Administrator:

  • Strong administration and Microsoft Office experience such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or leasing industry is preferred.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and an attention to detail is essential.
