General Description:

The overall responsibility of the Customer Service Administrator is to effectively and efficiently manage the deployment of our Lift Service & Repair Engineering Team to ensure completion of servicing lifts within our client portfolio.


This is a pivotal role which involves regular contact with engineers, management teams, clients and other functions within our Business.


This is a fast paced role where you will be required to work on multiple projects in a client driven, results orientated environment.


Reporting into the Department Manager you will drive change and suggest new ideas and drive a 'customer-centric' culture within the operational service teams, as well as creating a fun working environment with good staff retention.

You will be a confident personality and be able to analyse and interpret data well


Your role will involve:

  • Delivery of Breakdown and Service departmental key performance indicators and service levels ensuring a high customer care culture at times
  • Scheduling the field engineers
  • Constantly reviewing and suggesting improvements to the customer service journey to improve the experience for customers and to drive profitability and growth
  • Ensuring compliance to procedures all times
  • Updating Client Portals

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Commitment
  • Experience of planning jobs (preferably from within an engineering background but not required)
  • The ability to learn complex processes
  • Change management
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify problems and inefficiencies and to develop and push through solutions & improvements
  • Project management skills
  • Working with CRM systems & IT packages
  • Scheduling external works

Hours:37.50 per week
  • Monday to Friday
(Typically between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm)


Holidays:22 days a year + UK Bank Holidays
