Staff Training_

1st React Healthcare only employ staff who have the right values and skills to support people in their own homes.

All of our staff receive ongoing training and supervision, this means we ensure our staff have the ability to work to the highest possible standard.

By employing the right people 1st React Healthcare has a strict recruitment procedure.

This includes verifying references and undertaking a Disclosure and Barring Service check, this tells us if anyone has a criminal record.

At 1st React Healthcare we are committed to having well trained, caring & knowledgeable staff. Our staff are what makes us a cut above the rest.

We employ a full time registered Trainer & Assessor for healthcare to deliver a range of training to all staff.

All of our staff must complete a comprehensive 12 week induction programme. We make sure our staff have continued training throughout their employment and our training leads to nationally recognised qualifications.

All staff have a personal training and development plan to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake their job role.
