£21,000 - £24,000, Haywards Heath (office based), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension

The Role


Due to an exciting expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a number of Customer Service Executives to join a fantastic small business in the pet insurance sector.

Working as part of a cross functional team, this role will be responsible for providing Customer Service and administration in relation to customers pet insurance policies.

Answer and resolve customer queries
General policy administration
Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements


Requirements:


We would expect the successful of Customer Service Executive to demonstrate some customer service experience, ideally gained within an office environment.

The role could really suit someone who has worked in a call centre and is now looking for the next step in a smaller, less corporate environment.

You will have great communication skills and be comfortable using computers and picking up new systems. A love of animals is a must and bonus points for an interest in exotic animals

Package

Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (please note, there is potential that this could include some Saturdays in the future)
