Description

Leadership Act as a role model and expert nurse/therapist providing in depth highly specialist clinical & educational knowledge to their clinical colleagues and in patients.

Undertake clinical supervision of nursing/therapy colleagues within the field of education on an individual or group Act as a resource for health care professionals by being visible, available, and accessible for support and advice in relation to the education and professional development of clinical Ensure the effective and efficient use of physical and financial resources.
