Are you looking to further your skills as an experienced User Researcher? We are currently working with a superb organisation that are looking to expand their team.
The organisation is a world leading professional services company that is renovating businesses,technology models and operations to run innovatively and efficiently.
The role of a User Researcher will join the Transformation team and will work with businesses to address their daily needs and keep it relevant.
The ideal User Researcher will have 5+ years in User Research, experience using a variety of methods of prototyping,experience in GDS (Government Digital Services) and had exposure to the likes of user flows, Journey mapping and UX/ UI.
Ideal Criteria for aUser Researcher
- 5+ years in User Research
- Experience using a variety of methods of prototyping, and can look at strategic service design end to end
- Knowledge in user flows, Journey mapping and UX/ UI
- Experience in GDS (Government Digital Services)
- Previous Public Sector experience
- Eligible for SC level Security clearance
As a User Researcher, you will get:
- Base salary of £65,000
- £75,000
