As the Moves Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient space planning and seamless office reconfigurations.


Your primary responsibilities include delivering space plan rearrangements, planning and implementing move projects, managing day-to-day small moves and office reconfigurations, and generating tasks and requests for maintenance or services related to moves.

AutoCad experience is essential for this role.


To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of space planning, stakeholder engagement, contractor management, and move management.

Knowledge of building regulations in relation to office design is also crucial.

While interior design or architectural skills would be advantageous, we welcome proposals from service providers who can demonstrate the availability and skill set of their sub-contractors' services to fulfil this requirement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with the Stakeholders and Project managers to gain a knowledge of coming works.
  • Schedule works to provide best value for the client and customer
  • Keep Moves tracker document up to date at all times
  • Ensure that PO's are raised and tracked before work takes place
  • Provide regular updates on workload and pipeline works to the MAC manager.
  • Monitor workloads and report when resource is over or under utilised
  • Process management for MAC, including maintaining all processes within a live system.
  • Liaising with Delivery Managers and vendors
  • Analysing all significant risks and making recommendations or initiating corrective action as appropriate

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing financial tracking and operations
  • Experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality cost documents to customers
  • Experience of managing and coordinating move projects
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office suite including Teams.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing time to deliver quality information to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (when required)
  • Experience of CAD
  • Driving License
