Summary

£32,500 up to £41,000 per annum - This isn't making a change today. This is making an impact tomorrow.


We're looking for a process-driven, detail-oriented people person to join our regional Supply Chain team as an Assistant Team Manager.

In this role, you'll bring the best out of your team and play your part in making sure our Supply Chain always runs smoothly.


Using your expert knowledge of all administrative processes, you'll oversee the execution of all our administrative operational tasks and have complete ownership and accountability for our wide range of processes and systems.

You'll also help to boost andimprove their efficiency and have a close involvement with stock integrity and inventory.

Our Supply Chain teams are constantly evolving and changing.

You will play an integral part in that change and help increase the team's expanding influence in our ambitious, growing business.

What you'll do

  • Help to recruit, train, and develop your team
  • Take Responsibility for Store and Warehouse Inventory Processing
  • Oversee the Admin checks and balances around the bookings processes
  • Support turnover by identifying costsaving opportunities
  • Improve ways of working to maximise productivity through data analysis
  • Support your team in providing correct pricing information to all stores
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head Office Supply Chain team

What you'll need

  • Degreelevel education, or at least two years relevant professional experience
  • Strong PC skills, with experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent timemanagement, delegation and problemsolving skills
  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
  • Meticulous and diligent approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Full UK driving license, with a willingness to travel when necessary
