Age UK's newly formed Strategic Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team is growing We have an exciting new opportunity to join this friendly and supportive team as a
Strategic PMO Change Manager.


To support the team's objective of implementing a PMO framework across the charity that aims to improve and maintain projects and programmes, we are recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to lead and shape business change activities.


As
Strategic PMO Change Manager, the successful applicant will be an ambassador for change, supporting and effectively communicating with colleagues through any change resulting from projects and programmes while also encouraging the embracementof change.


You will play a vital role in leading change impact assessments to understand the readiness for change and continuous learning so that change is managed effectively and becomes an imbedded culture within Age UK.

You will have:


  • Demonstrable experience supporting and delivering business change, covering training, communications, and the psychology of change to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • A broad understanding of Project /Programme Management.
  • Experience of winning hearts and minds through diplomacy while achieving key objectives.
  • A passion and enthusiasm about working within a charity.
  • A tenacious and determined approach to work.
