THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Personal Assistant within the People Operations Team, the Administration Assistant will support different departments and the People Operations team with a host of administrative tasks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Booking internal and external meetings, keeping other colleagues informed of changes to plans
  • Booking travel including visa arrangements
  • Ordering inhouse catering for business meetings and booking restaurants for client meetings
  • Filing and document management
  • Compiling and submitting invoices and expenses
  • Coordinating elements of event planning, including finding suitable venues, transport and ensuring this remains within company budget
  • Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
  • Assisting People Operation's Specialist when required

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years' experience in administration
  • The right to work in the UK.
