As a Service Leader/ Manager, you'll manage our Service Department, leading your team and maintaining standards, whilst ensuring our customers drive away happy.


What does the role of Service Leader involve?

  • Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to company standards
  • Manage the Service department's budgets, accounts and costs, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability via labour sales, parts and materials
  • Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
  • Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to overachieve targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes
  • Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department

What qualities do I need to succeed in the Service Leader role?

  • A background in running a successful workshop or parts department
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced, target driven environment
  • Impressive leadership skills, able to motivate a team to work together and exceed targets
  • Strong business acumen, alongside great knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation
  • A passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, and putting smiles on faces
