Part 2 Architectural Assistant (Permanent Position)

£26,000- £29,000 (Dependent on experience)


I am currently working with an award-winning architectural practice who are looking for a motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team?.

The practice specialises in classical and traditional architecture, working on bespoke privateresidential projects.

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
  • Preparing design reviews, drawings and presenting these to clients
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving

Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Sketch-up
  • Experience using Revit
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Hold an MSc in Architecture
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ensuring that all information is treated appropriately and kept confidential
  • Previous experience working as an Architectural Assistant in a UK based practice
