We currently have some new and exciting job opportunities for Engagement & Support Apprentices to join our collaborative, supportive and customer-focused programme.


These roles are fixed-term until March 2024 and will support the Digital Inclusion & Capabilities workstream (Digital Kent) within Financial Hardship Programme, with opportunity to support other teams across the programme and potentially the organisation.

Level 3 Digital Support Technician:


  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner or
    Level 3 Customer Service Specialist:
-
Level 3 Business Administrator

  • North & East Kent (Canterbury, Swale, Dartford and Gravesham)
  • South East Kent (Ashford, Dover, Folkestone & Hythe and Thanet)
  • West & Mid Kent (Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells)
The role is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.

The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.

The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.


You must have been ordinarily resident in the UK, the British Oversea Territories, or the Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship.

In addition, you must be able to commit to the full length of the programme and be able to meet the programme modules through your job role.

Interviews are scheduled to take place the week commencing 13th February 2023.
