Description

We are currently looking for an Architectural Technician in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Working hours:

As an Architectural Technician, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday.

The successful Architectural Technician will be offered:

As an Architectural Technician, your role will involve:

Preparation of detailed drawings from inception through to tender/construction/completion
Production of detailed construction drawings for building control and approved contractors
Production of residential master planning at early concept stages
Project management of projects onsite during construction RIBA 57 stages.
Production of detailed working specifications.

To be considered for the Architectural Technician role you must have the following:

Must be a Part 2 architectural assistant
Be proficient in using Revit, AutoCAD LT, Microsoft Office, etc.
Be confident with all written forms in relation to specifications, reports, schedules of work, NBS Documents
Have an overall good construction detailing knowledge
Have experience with clientfacing projects
