Italian/Polish Speaking Credit Control Specialist - Ref 462

Salary:
£25K - £30K


We are working with a brilliant international business who are looking for an Italian and Polish fluent credit control specialist, to join their busy finance team.

Italian is the most key language for the company, and Polish is a strong desirable as well.


What the company is looking for

  • Fluent speaker of Italian, and ideally Polish as well, but that isn't 100% essential
  • Ideally degree educated, but not essential
  • Someone who wants to develop a career in credit/finance with a large company using their language skills
  • Business or officebased customer service background very desirable
  • The company will look at language skills in Italian and Polish first, and then experience as second

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for credit collections from the whole Italian market
  • Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional way
  • Management of disputes that come up within credit control
